Welcome back Central Members! I hope everyone has had a great summer. If any of you have been nursing any injuries, I sincerely hope you’re ready for this upcoming snow season because it’s going to be a great one!
AGM
Central’s AGM will be held October 29th, 2025 at 7pm EDT via Zoom this year. Please click here to register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Proxies – Members who are unable to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy holder by completing and returning the attached proxy form. No Member shall be allowed to vote more than 10 proxies except the Chair of the meeting who shall vote all proxies appointing him/her as proxy holder. Once completed the proxy should be emailed to agoss@live.ca, no later than October 26, 2025. Click here to access the Proxy Form.
TEC Committee
The TEC Committee contributes to the evolution, auditing, the advancement of ski technique, teaching methodology, educational product development and certification systems and standards for the CSIA. It’s a big job to say the least.
A huge thank you goes out to Dave Bradley on behalf of the Board and our members for your time, your expertise and your contributions over the years. You did a great job!

Many of you already know Brian Hatherly, he has graciously agreed to step up on behalf of the Central Region to continue the important work of the TEC Committee. Thank you Brian!
