As we reacquaint ourselves with our bikes and clubs, switch the ski boots to hiking boots and swap out the fleece for the beachwear, we are really just looking to pass the time until the snowflakes start falling again. So here are some things that we are working on over the summer in preparation for next season.
Hall of Fame
The BC/Yukon Regional Hall of Fame is looking for nominees. If you know someone who has made a significant contribution to the growth of the industry in BC and the Yukon, nominate them by completing the form on our website under the Hall of Fame tab.
ProView Magazine
We are working on the next issue of the ProView magazine and are looking for some articles. If you have a story to share, a ski/teaching tip, photos or an article that inspires, please send them to admin@snowprobc.com. We would love to include them!
Calling all Candidates
The CSIA BC Region has positions on the board up for election this fall and is seeking nominations for candidates that can bring their leadership and vision to help deliver value to our membership in BC and the Yukon. Contests
Photo contest is back for the summer with a theme for each month and lots of great prizes. The theme for June is, “Your winter in one photo.” All the details on the website.
The answer to last month’s riddle of “What do you call a snowman in the spring” was a puddle. Congratulations to Laura, whose name was randomly drawn for a prize.
