CSIA BC/Yukon Region Board of Director Online Elections
Southwestern Zone Director election: As only two candidates submitted a nomination form for the Southwestern Zone Director positions, the two (2) positions have been filled by acclamation. Charlotte Judd, current Board Director, is elected for a second three-year term and we welcome Evan Taylor to his first three-year term.
Kootenay Zone Director election: Three (3) candidates are standing for election to fill the position of Director from the Kootenay Zone. In alphabetical order, they are as follows and biographies are available on our website:
- Julie Bernasconi
- Simon Jones
- Karlyn Renwick
Eligible members can cast their votes:
- electronically by accessing their online Member Profile (login on snowpro.com); the ballot can be found by clicking the Member Area section and then Online Vote, completing the ballot, then clicking on the SUBMIT button
Deadline to cast your vote is Saturday, November 29, 2025, 5:00 p.m. PST.
CSIA BC/Yukon Region Board AGM
Date for the AGM is Monday December 8, 2025, at 4:30pm.
Location is the Delta Whistler Village Suites.
A meet & greet will be held before the AGM from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. (following Ignition Day)

Scholarship & Bursaries
Looking for some funding to help with your professional development? Scholarships are back this year, and we have also expanded the Bursary program to include more opportunities for financial aid. This season, the CSIA BC/Yukon Region have allocated $3,000 specifically for current members doing a Snow Park certification. See website under Funding tab for details.
If you are planning on taking a course this season, please APPLY. Deadline for scholarship applications is December 5, 2025.
