Ron Betts – Full-Time EPC
We’re excited to welcome Ron Betts, Level 4 Instructor and Course Conductor, into the full-time role of Education Program Coordinator (EPC).
After contributing part-time last season, Ron stepped into the role late last month. On what’s fueling his excitement this season, he shared:
“This is my 46th season of putting ski boots on professionally (34 seasons in Canada and 12 seasons in Australia), but it’s my first with a brand-new knee. I’m excited to test my limits. I believe my best turns haven’t happened yet, I can’t wait to get back on snow and start seeing what’s possible. It’s got me so fired up! I can’t wait to get into it.”

Vote for the Atlantic Region Director
Voting for the Atlantic Region Director on the CSIA National Board opens October 15 and runs through November 15. Cheryl McMurtrie and Mike McDermott are the candidates. The elected Director will serve a three-year term from the 2025 AGM through 2028. Results will be announced at the AGM. Candidate bios and more information coming soon.
