Website feature spotlight: My Registration History and autonomous transfers
Did you know that you can manage your registrations through the My Registration History section of your Member Area? The page is your dashboard for past and future registrations to Certification Programs, Pro Days, events and online learning. It features details about your upcoming registrations, along with evaluation forms and new this season, a tool to transfer your registrations, in a few easy steps:
- Login to snowpro.com and access My Registration History, under your Member Area.
- Look for the Program you would like to transfer from and click the Transfer button.
- Look at the list of available alternate sessions, make a selection.
- Click transfer at the bottom and confirm your selection.
- Done! You will see your new session in the list and a new registration confirmation email will be issued.

Pro tip: Don’t forget, a copy of all registration confirmation email can be found under the “My Messages and Waivers” section of your Member Area.
Some restrictions may apply:
– Only simple transfers (i.e. same program, cost & tax and provider) can be processed autonomously. If available, a “Transfer” button will appear.
– For any other type of transfer, including late transfers, which may be subject to a penalty, or refunds, please fill out the Refund and transfer form available here.
Safety Awareness Training Module
Start the year on the right track with our online Safety Awareness Training Module. The module is a self-paced course and has been built to help instructors with the essential skills of creating a safe and enjoyable experience for their students. The module is also intended to build awareness of risk management, mountain safety and lifts. Completion of the module appears on your membership card and serves as a way to update your Recall year. Once logged in to your profile, find the module in the Online Learning section, under the Programs tab.
Code of Conduct webinar reminder
The CSIA is inviting all members to an online session to explain the new CSIA Code of Conduct and complaint resolution process. This session is scheduled for January 16, 2024, at 7:30 EST. The session will be bilingual and facilitated by the CSIA ombuds office.
