Eric Brider has been appointed Systems and Innovation Administrator. In this role, Eric will oversee the administration and optimization of CSIA’s front-end and back-end systems. He brings over two decades of experience managing enterprise-level environments and delivering high-impact IT services. He has a proven track record of providing actionable insights to executive leadership and navigating complex, multi-client landscapes. He excels at solving operational challenges with innovative, goal-oriented solutions—even in high-pressure environments.
Karine Martel is joining the team as a Membership Service Agent, where she will play a key role in supporting member services. A recent graduate of McGill University, Karine holds a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Linguistics and Behavioural Science. Deeply passionate about skiing, she has been on the slopes since the age of five and has racing experience under her belt. When she’s not skiing in the Laurentians, she enjoys discovering Montréal’s vibrant food scene.
Lou Moynié is presently diving into her role as Content Coordinator, joining the marketing team. Her diverse background spans the science and entertainment industries, where she is known for her strategic thinking and creativity. When she’s not working, you can find her perfecting new recipes or travelling abroad.
