Happy New Year to all the members of CSIA!
Wishing each of you and your families good health, and a fabulous skiing and ski instruction season for 2026!
This season we are off to a great start with most of our Ontario ski resorts fully up and running by mid-December. Lots of snow already and with it lots of ski school activity across our province.
Ignite Ski Day
We kicked off the season with a wonderful IGNITE Ski Day this past December 13, with exemplary hosting at Mount St. Louis Moonstone. Skiing was good, as was the après ski – and thoroughly enjoyed by those CSIA members who joined us. We are already planning for a bigger IGNITE event next season.
Mark your calendars for these exciting events planned for this 2026 ski season…
Women in skiing (WIS) is coming to the Blue Mountains February 2-5. Click here for the full registration details.
High Performance Women’s Days
February 18 and 19 hosted at Craigleith Ski Club – designed exclusively for Ontario CSIA female ski instructors looking to advance their skills and push their limits. This year it is being expanded to 2 sessions on 2 consecutive days, thus doubling our capacity. More specific details and registration information will be posted very soon.
Snow School Directors’ Ski Day
March 3 at Blue Mountain – we are planning a full day of on-snow training and networking for all Ontario Snow School Directors, who will be contacted directly by CSIA Ontario with more specific details – so stay tuned
CSIA Ontario Fun Days
March 22 at Calabogie Peaks
March 22 at Collingwood – specific venue TBA
Celebrate a fantastic ski teaching season by joining us at one of these 2 Fun Days hosted by CSIA Ontario – for a full day of skiing, fun activities, instruction, prizes, giveaways and of course apres-ski festivities.
Further details for all these events will be posted on our web site www.CSIAOntario.com
